change country and remove payment method

hai , please help me to remove payment method of credit card and to change country . it says i need to contact apple support . i need it ASAP

If you have any subscriptions, have an unpaid balance or share purchases with your Family Sharing group, you can't remove all payment information. Get help if you don't want to have a payment method attached to your Apple ID.
