Good Morning The images sent by viber are blur when received and cant be sent This only occurs on viber cause other software like WatchApp or facebook work just fine

Blurry videos/pictures I have a iPhone 11 ProMax. I noticed that when I take a video/picture the quality is great on my iPhone but when sending to others or uploading on instagram they become blurry. My low quality image mode is off, I selected most compatible mode instead of high efficiency and videos and pictures are still blurry if received by whatsapp, instagram or even received videos from other iphones are blurry when played on mine. What can be the source of this problem and how to fix it please?
