See past devices
Can u see the devices that were previously attached to your Apple ID anyplace I also see diff devices depending where I look (ie find my iPhone / iCloud acct settings ect)

You can only see devices that are currently signed in. There isn't a record of previous signins.
Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
