Disabled account

I am unable to purchase anything, because my account has been disabled. How did this happen? And how can I change that?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

This is a user to user support forum, so we do not know why it was locked.


If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
