I bought an adapter from a third party seller (Walmart) and the end has a repetitive clicking sounds. It came with a warranty booklet. How can I access the warranty to get a new adapter

You would have to work directly with Walmart on any warranty replacement. If you buy anything that is not genuine Apple, make sure that it is MFi certified:
Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories
