Email not showing on my new IPad Pro 12.9

Email not showing on my new IPad Pro 12.9, but shows on my new IPhone 12 Pro.

It says “cannot get mail please enter a password for AOL.” But I have tried that a couple times and it does not work. Incoming mail is Host Name: imap.aol.com and the Outgoing mail is Host Name: smtp.aol.com. Outgoing error is:”The mail server smtp.aol.com is not responding, verify that you have entered the correct informal in Mail settings.” The Server and Use SSL are both on (green), and the Server Port is 465. When I look under: Outgoing Mail - Advanced, the Use SSL is on (green) - Authentication = Password, under that it IMAP Path Prefix/, under that it has Server Port 993. It keeps giving the error, “No password provided for AOL.”

I would contact AOL support team and check those parameters with them.
