I don't want Apple Pay -- but it's billing me!!!

I tried to sign up for ApplePay, but it never worked on my phone. Now I'm suddenly being billed $2.11 as an "internet charge" every month. I don't use Apple Pay, I don't want Apple Pay, I really shouldn't have to pay for it!

But I can't see anywhere how to make the payments stop.

Please help!
