I called apple support and they help me fix it... I talked to a guy named NuNu he is very helpful. They instructed me to hold Command + R then press the power button once you see the Apple logo let go of the command R then mac recovery will pop up .

  1. shut down
  2. Press and hold Command + R and press the power button
  3. Once Apple Logo appears let go of the Command + R
  4. Then Mac recovery will appear
  5. At the top of the screen click Utilities then Terminal
  6. Type resetpassword w/o any spaces then your name will appear
  7. The name that appears on the screen should be the name you will enter on the startup as it is then your password
