i logged out of my icloud and then logged back in and it’s saying all my photos are gone. how do i get them back

Check the Recently Deleted files and your iCloud Account. If they are not there and you have failed to back them up to your computer, an external drive, or another cloud service, they are probably gone for good. The time to create a back-up is BEFORE catastrophe strikes. After is too late!
