facetime and imessege

I have an iphone 6sPlus and the Facetime and Imessege will not activate.

What to do?

Follow all the steps provided here:--> If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime – Apple Support

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> https://www.apple.com/support/contact/
