How to delete YouTube videos on ipad
What do you mean?
You cannot download videos to an iOS device.
Are you referring to videos you created on the iPad that you uploaded to YouTube?
You can delete the YouTube app, so you do not want access to any more YouTube videos.
The posts aren't actually on your iPad.
They are on Google's servers.
So, they are not taking up any space, at all, on your iPad.
If you wish to get rid of the notifications count indicator, you simply go into the YouTube app,
Tap the notifications bell at the top, upper right corner of the YouTube app and you see your entire list of notifications/messages.
You can choose to read the or not, but once you tap any of the action icons/buttons at bottom of the YouTube app, the YouTube notifications numbers red dot should go away until the next time you receive more notifications from YouTube.

Thanks for responding to my post. I’m not knowledgeable about computers but I will tell you what I’m trying to do. I have a YouTube app and I subscribed to several youtubers. I have been receiving their posts, but don’t know how to delete these. My desktop shows 50 posts. How can I clear these out after reading them?
