How come Apple translate only has simplified Chinese ?

can you implement traditional Chinese as well?

No Traditional Chinese translation Why doesn’t my iPhone translate Traditional Chinese? My iPhone was bought in Taiwan, but my account is in Canada. Maybe that’s the reason? Btw Simplified Chinese is available in the list of languages, but not Traditional.
