Is there any way that can stop my personal information from being shared

Can I stop sharing my information such as my medical. iCloud. Contacts. Etc.

Apple doesn’t collect all that. They do not nor cannot read your contacts, your notes and other personal data. If you’re using iCloud for that data, it is encrypted, and Apple literally doesn’t know the password (your AppleID password) needed to decrypt and access it. Health data would be collected if you enrolled in a study App and gave your positive confirmation to use your data for that study app. Fitness data can be shared, but you control whether that happens or not.


But Apple is not reading or recording your personal data in your contacts app, your emails, your notes, your calendars, etc. And again, if using iCloud for that, the entire iCloud encryption system means nobody can read that data without access to your AppleID and password.


Your personal data on your devices and in iCloud may be the most protected and wholly private information you have anywhere on the internet.

What makes you think Apple is collecting it? Perhaps you should start by reviewing the privacy policy:
