payments

my debit card, linked to my bank, has been verified. it was fine, i think maybe it didn’t have funds one month, last month i believe? for 1 subscription. but it’s been charged before and i THINK since but i could be wrong- but my point and question is why is it not letting me use the card as my payment for itunes ? it says in red that this card cannot be used for my itunes subscription. ?? it has money on it now obviously i fixed that asap, i got behind and it was one payment. it’s the only card i can count on to have funds on it, can i get it back as my sole, only source of payment and in my wallet as my apple pay ??

what do i need to do? who should i call? this has to be able to be the card. so i need help and options that make that possible. please help 🙏🏼 thank you!
