hello my daughter has given me her Apple Watch she has updated and wiped it and removed it of her phone but when I’m pairing it it still finding her email address and it’s not let me put mine in. Any ideas??

please help me get my Apple watch set up My daughter gave me her Apple watch when she got a new one. She no longer has access to the email she used to set it up originally. I have proof of purchase and need to pair it to my phone. How do I do that?
