Payment declined

Hello! I wanted to buy iCloud storage, but the payment was declined. Card is valid as it has been recently used to other online payments on my iPhone. I also completed all the authentication process successfully. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are trying to upgrade iCloud storage and are getting the error messages shown in your screenshots.


From the second screenshot, it looks like your bank may need to authenticate this purchase so we would recommend reaching out to them first.


If everything looks good on their end and this continues, make sure there aren't any issues with previous orders using the guidance from If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store.
