Noticed this program in activity monitor, looked it up and says its spyware, is this correct and should I remove it? thank you.

Hello JackMBP19 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with a process that some web sites claim is malware. This is actually a standard macOS process and nothing for you to worry about.
