Try to boot in Safe Mode then normal boot could solve the issue.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near you opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
