My phone was stolen

HELLO! My iPhone was stolen in July 2020. It was marked Lost in Find my phone. Today I received a message "Your lost iPhone SE was found at 16.38 GMT+2 on January 25, 2021". That wasn't me, but the person who steal my phone. Can you help me? I want my phone back or block the device so nobody can use it.

Lost iphone Hello! For one week ago my iphone got stolen. I have not been able to use "find my iphone" beacuase the phone has been turned off and I dont have the personal code. Today I got a message from an unknown number called "KARXIO" with the text "Dear costumers. Your lost iPhone XR was been located. View location/ Apple Support" And then there is a link that seems a little suspect. Is this from apple support or not? I dont really trust the link. But I really want to get my phone back. Thankful for any help!!

stolen iPhone I have received a notification that my lost iPhone was found, and that it would be sent via post office. My address is already filled out, how do I continue this process. I can't find anything on what to do next. How do I proceed to receive my stolen device?
