Differences between back up data to iCloud through wifi and back up data to iCloud using iTunes

I always do back up my iPhone directly to iCloud using my wifi, lately I faced some issues with iPhone antenna which made it impossible to connect to wifi or cellular data. when trying to back up my iPhone to iCloud through iTunes I got an option saying “back up your important data to iCloud” which means not all data will be backed up when using iTunes or MacBook.

So, what is the important data that will be backed up to iCloud if I am doing it through iTunes?

I believe that the link you shared about what iCloud backup includes https://support.apple.com/HT207428

dose not answer my question as it explain what iCloud back up includes when you do it through your iPhone itself. and you can do that by going to Setting > My iphone name > choose the device that I want to back up from the list of my apple devices > click on iCloud Backup > click on Back up Now (this back up almost every thing in the iPhone)

But when I connect my iPhone to iTunes it gives me two options:

1st, back up your iphone to this computer ( which back up almost everything in my iPhone)

2nd: back up the important data to iCloud.

So Which data goes in the back up to iCloud through iTunes and which are not??

When your device is connected to the computer, any backups completed will be stored directly on the computer. If you prefer to back up to iCloud, you'll want to use the steps you mentioned in your previous message. The article we shared explains what is stored in the backups.
