Is there anyway to find out on my phone who is making FaceTime calls to me and see the time and date the calls were made?

You can see the date the call was made on in the call list in the FaceTime App next to the (i) icon.

No time info for calls you did not place yourself though.

If the person making the call is in your contacts you'll see their name there. Otherwise, you will just see a number or email.
