Enable Caller ID and Blocking

I’m trying to enable caller ID AND BLOCKING ON MY IPHONE 11pro. I followed the directions settings phone but when I hit phone I don’t see caller ID AND BLOCKING

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Both of these services are provided by your cellular voice provider. You will need to contact them for further assistance on this matter.

You have to have Caller ID enabled by your cellular carrier, but the blocking can be done on the phone.
