Apple Balance

My balance stays the same, even after various tries and different devices, what do I do now?

I'm really sorry, I'm new to this discussion thing. My Apple ID-Balance is zero, I tried putting money on it, followed every step and I even got a notification that it worked, but it's still zero. I contacted Apple Support and even bank employees to see if something went wrong there. But I'm kinda stuck now. It used to work, but for the past few days it doesn't.
