Based upon the limited information you have supplied, I would say that if the "Apple Balance," "stays the same" on multiple devices that the balance displayed is correct.

I presume you are asking about your Apple ID balance? If so, further details can be found in Check your Apple ID balance - Apple Support.

If I was uncertain about the correct balance, I would log out of my Apple ID on all devices/services which are capable of displaying the balance, and then log back in.
