How can I change the computer's location?
My System Preferences/Time Zone shows me correctly near Phoenix, AZ, but all Safari defaults, including Apple.com show the computer in Indianapolis. How can I correct this?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your message we understand that Safari is not showing the same location which you have set in System Preferences > Date & Time > Time Zone.
Based on this information it sounds as if Location Services is turned off for Safari. You have the ability to turn it on, and to specify which apps and system services can use your location. Check out the information provided in this article Allow apps to detect the location of your Mac.
Once you've made any changes to the Location Services settings, you'll want to restart Safari to ensure the changes have taken effect.
