iWatch6 displays incorrect user name when receiving notifications from Apple Fitness app. iWatch settings display correct Apple user id, but notifications are addressed to another user.

I followed your steps 1-4. I think step 1 was solution to the problem, as there was an incorrect name on my contact card.

1.On the iPhone, check the contacts app and your contact card. Make sure this has the correct name.
2.Open the Watch app on the iPhone, then go to General > About. Make sure your name is listed here.
3.In General, tap on Apple ID to ensure your Apple ID is signed in.
4.In the health app,tap profile picture top right then tap on health details,check your name here.
