Activating my Apple ID

If saying 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' follow the steps at If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

If it doesn't say the above follow If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

What do you mean by reactivate? Are you getting a specific error message, if so what is the entire message? Did you request the Apple ID be deleted?
