ipad pro with external touchscreen

Would love to start using my iPad Pro 12.9 Docked to an external monitor but turning my head down to use touch functionality seems like an ergonomic disaster. Does the iPad Pro or the iPad Air 4 support external touchscreen displays? For example the "ViewSonic - 24" IPS LED FHD Touch-Screen Monitor (DisplayPort, HDMI, USB)" with a usb-c hub to handle usb I/O and video output. Trying to take my iPad usage to the next level.
