Voicemail tab gone in phone app

I recent upgraded to a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can no longer see the voicemail tab on the Phone app. I can dial in and check my voicemail but not able to use the phone app for this.

That means your phone isn't provisioned to use visual voicemail, contact your cell phone provider to resolve the issue.
