Can I update from ios 12 to ios 13?

Hello,

I have iphone6 and the version is ios 12.5.1 but I need to update the version as ios 13 at least in order to download an app.

Does anyone know how I can update the version to ios 13 on iphone 6 or can't I update my version to ios 13 on iphone 6?

iOS 13 cannot run on an iPhone 6. iOS 12.X is the end of the line for an iPhone 6, which is now quite old.
