iPhone 12 issue with Pacemaker/ICD

So 'now' that Apple has said there is possibility of interference with an ICD or pacemaker, can I return my iPhone 12 and go back to a previous model? Once the seed of doubt is planted, it will be hard to feel safe using the phone now.......
