Why is my account is being charged for something I didn't purchase?

I don't use apple music at all I need a charges reversed and refunded to my account. I need someone to give me a call on this matter ASAP. My phone number is linked to my account.

If you have reviewed Steps 1-4 in the "Related Article," and none of those situations apply to you, then you should "Contact Apple Support" as indicated in Step 5.
