I forgot my passcode and I want to open It with fingerprint

Touch ID requires my passcode when iPhone is restarted, but I forgot my passcode, so how can I open it with the Finger print?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11

You need a computer BUT it will wipe the phone

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
