How do I get my battery replaced. It only lasts about 4 hours.

If they are still covered under an active AppleCare+ plan then they are indeed covered (also the 1 year manufacturer warranty covers it if the battery is deemed defective). https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service/battery-power
