Do Not Disturb while Working Out

I currently have WatchOS 7.2. In the past versions, there was a “do not disturb while working out” option which was awesome. In the newest update, it looks like that option has been removed. Does anyone know how this can be set as a default aside from having to manually turn on “do not disturb” every time I start a workout?
