Help! My phone does not have a delete option when the app is pressed on the home screen.

I used to be able to delete App. Now the option does not appear when I long press the App!

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Go to settings>Screen Time>Content & privacy restrictions>iTunes & App Store purchases>deleting apps - allow.

Go to settings>general>iPhone storage>tap the app>tap delete. Make sure that there are no restrictions set.
