Butter Royale Error

When Butter Royale is loading, I receive an error Login Failed. You will not be able to access online game mode. Error Code: Mustard-400. How do I fix this???

I don't know. I've just installed it to see if I could reproduce and/or find a solution, but it crashes out for me when I complete the first mission. Try https://www.butterco.net/support/.
