Voice Over Set Up

I am trying to set up some custom voice commands. When I select voice control, there is a pop up that says an app will download so I can set it up. This doesn’t happen, and I seem to have no way to set up custom voice commands. I have iPhone 11 Pro Max and IOS 14.

Hi there pajones058,

Thank you for the information.

Let's continue with trying some other steps. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Make sure there is a check mark next to your Wi-Fi network name. If you're connected to VPN, please disconnect this as the file may not download. If this doesn't resolve the issues, we'll need to make sure the file isn't blocked from the network you're connected to.

Use these steps to help with Wi-Fi issues: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If the same issues are present, please update your Wi-Fi router with the latest firmware and make sure your networking equipment supports the Apple settings here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

Take care.

Hello pajones058,

It sounds like you're trying to set up custom voice commands, but the app needed doesn't install. We'll be glad to assist.

Voice Control is available only in the United States. This may be why the app doesn't download.
