This accessory may not be supported

This note popped up when plugging into charger. Now the phone is frozen with this note. Will not allow me to reboot?

My iPhone 5s & 8max glitch and froze and won't restart anymore i have 2 old Iphone 5s & 8max, my kids use that for their devices at home using wifi. One day the 5s was low battery and shut off and i charge it but it wont restart and it will stay like in the pic for 1-2mnts then its black screen then it start again showing in the pic over and over. the Iphone 8max did the same thing too. It was froze screen so i think it need to restart, so i turn it off and after that it happens like the Iphone 5s again. I need some pictures inside those 2 phones that i hvnt saved it. 😞 can someone tell me what should i do?

Cannot do a forced restart on my iPhone X My phone has frozen on the Google workspace page. I have tried holding the up volume key for 3 seconds, down volume key for 3 seconds and then holding the power button down - BUT NO Forced restart. My phone is receiving messages on the front screen and notifications but I cannot answer. If I hold the button on the left side of my phone down for any length of time I get the Siri symbol appearing that the bottom of the screen. I had hoped I could do a forced restart and all would be well but after mutiple attempts it has not worked. I also removed the screen cover as it had a crack in the plastic and I thought that might be causing an issue but I can't unlock the phone and I cannot power off the phone. Help!!
