Adding Unknown Card number to Apple Pay

I have a credit card with premier bank but, do not have the credit card number/info on me. Is there anyway I can still obtain this info to use on online or add to my Apple Pay maybe?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You cannot add a card that you do not know the number to unless it was already previously added then removed.
