Help!! Running seriously low on memory since a reinstall of Catlina. eTresoft report included

Since reinstalling Catalina after issues with Big Sur, my computer has

n’t run the same. Low disc space. Unable to download sound files in Lo

gic Pro X even though my external HDD has plenty of room, etc., etc.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm not very computer savvy, and have only been using MacBook Pro for a short while. I'm a musician and am trying to figure this out as Logic Pro X is my DAW and I just need to get on with the business of recording.
