Gif icon is missing on iPhone 11

Hi, I just bought a new iPhone 11 and the gif icon is missing. I've tried all the suggestions posted previously here about adding #images to no avail. I'm also unable to send memojis or photos in some of my apps. I've deleted and reinstalled the apps.three times which didn't work. I'm starting to think it may be something to do with the phone. Can anyone please help as I've been trying for the last two days and am going crazy!!!
