Hi, This has happened on three different domains. Apple stop responding on password change request screen. As an example in below shot, the screen is frozen.
im wondering is this some technical issue with phone?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It's understood that your iPhone freezes when attempting to change passwords on websites. Does this happen with multiple browsers as well? Are you running the latest iOS version available for your iPhone 12? You can verify this in Settings > General > Software Update.

Have you had the chance to do a force restart on your iPhone 12? Does the freezing only happen when changing passwords and how long does the screen stay frozen? Does this happen on both Wi-Fi and cellular data?

It does have updated version. Yes, it freezes in all browsers.
