I purchase for games and was charged too much one for 4.31 for a 99. Purchase and 11.86 for a 4.99 purchase I want a refund

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Nobody on these boards can grant them; most of the people who answer questions here are other customers, not Apple employees. Pick a method from those described above.
