Sync Pending photos disappeared in Windows 10 iCloud

Hi, my iPhoto sync was stuck so I reset iPhotos (off and then back on), and when I came back to the folder, the photos are no longer there! I searched everywhere on the PC and I can't find them. iPhoto is not supposed to delete pending pictures. Any idea on how I can recover them, or where they may have gone?

We are here to help go over your photos with syncing on a Windows PC.


Sync photos in iTunes on PC with devices using the steps here. Its important we don't interrupt the sync process.


Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC with the steps here. If the photos are synced with iCloud this may be a way to recover them.
