Reinstalling/installing macOS on MacBook Pro 2017

My MacBook keyboard and touchpad stopped working so I couldn’t sign in. After taking it to a recovery mode, I erased the startup disk. How can I install a new macOS or reinstall the previously installed macOS Bigsur, since it only shows an error box and apple website? How could I make the MacBook keyboard and the touchpad start working again? Note: the touchpad works some few times after the incidence, stopped working and worked again at a cool temperature. Non of the keyboard and the touchpad is working for now. Help!

Thank you for your reply. I couldn’t figure out a way to press the command and connect to the internet since it only shows question-mark box, no icon bar or cursor, and the laptop’s keys are not working as you know. P.s I only have one port working out of the two ports before this very incidence. My keyboard stopped working some days after I downloaded Big

Sur Last year, although yet to be installed at that time. Until I tried external keyboard logged in and installed the Mojave but still faulty, then I erased the OS maybe the laptop’s keys and the touchpad might work now after reinstalling. Kindly advise.
