How to ask for an update software 13.5.1 when is not available in my screen yet 1/26/21
Applesupporttech couldn’t advice me on this
I need to update my iPhone 6s to 13.5.1
i don’t see it in my screen
how can I get it then

An iPhone 6 Plus isn't capable of running 13 or above.
An iPhone 6s can only be updated directly to 14.3.
If the Software Update function in Settings doesn't show the latest compatible release, check that the iPhone can properly communicate with Apple's servers, and if needed, remove the beta profile from it.
