Hi, I have an iPad(4 gen. not air 4) and 20w block. How much watt does it charge my iPad?

An iPad Air4 supports USB-PD Fast Charging - as does the Apple 20W Power Adapter. Using this Power Adapter, an iPad Air can charge at its maximum supported charging rate of 18-20W.
An iPad4 (not Air4) does not support Fast Charging. The maximum charging rate of iPad4 is 12W (2.4A @5V).
