First of all, I'd like to say thank you for reading my question.
I've experimented with Chroma Key and Luma Keyer. I know how to key another color, but my problem is, how do I unkey green? For example I only want to key blue, how would I do that?

The Keyer effect in FCP defaults to keying whichever is most prominent green or blue.. If you have predominantly green, pull the strength down to zero and then use sample color to drag a selection in the blue that you want to key.

Turn the strength slider all the way to zero, then select the sample color button, and click and drag over the viewer to select the color you want.
