Does Apple (or anyone else) make an adapter with USB-C and mini DisplayPort that will allow me to use a new mac Mini with a 20098 A1267 Apple LED Cinema display?

There is an ASC reply here ~ goes unsaid if their 30-inch Apple display was LED newer/older!
From looking I can see now that yours is said to be a 24-inch Apple Cinema details details.
The adapters are all over the map especially if your Mac Mini is an M1, not intel-based Mac.

You need a USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter, such as:

Also plug the display's USB cable into one of the USB-A ports on the Mac mini.
