Videos on phone to TV
Is there some way I can upload You Tube videos to my TV? Is there an app for that?

What exactly do you mean by "upload to your TV"?
Uploading normally means transferring over the internet to a server somewhere where the video is stored.
If you simply want to play videos on your TV, then that has nothing to do with uploading.
If you want to play videos from your iPhone and watch them on your Tv, you can use Airplay or the Youtube App on your TV if either one is supported.
